Heey!

My name is Filip Kockendal, and I'm a product designer currently improving the workflows for practitioners across the Nordics at Nordhealth. I've hopped around a bit across different domains, from finance to clinical to AI initiatives. It's hard to say what I enjoy the most, but it's safe to say that I like trying new things.

In my spare time, I enjoy doing a bit of creative coding and exploring ways to make fun interactive art. I also want to get into the intersection between interactive art and sound design more, but still learning.

Another hobby I've had for some time is playing guitar. Ooh, and I'd also love to try playing the contrabass, so pls let me know if you have one hehe :-D

  1. Hamlet

    I know Act 3, Scene 1 by heart. Recently watched the new Hamnet movie and I learn some of the manuscript. "Get thee to a nunnery! Why wouldst thou be a breeder of sinners?". Pls ask me if you want a live performance.

  2. Capybaras

    They are hella cute.

  3. Cantonese cussing

    There is no better cussing language than Cantonese. It's poetic and beautiful. For example, pok gai means "I hope you fall onto the street", and it's really rude to say.

  4. Hair

    I usually grow out my hair until I accidentally catch a reflection of myself and think I look disgusting. I then try to cut it myself, fail miserably, and look disgusting for about a week until I go to a barber who fixes it. This is usually a continuous cycle every 6 months.

  5. Sauce

    You can put chilli bean oil on any Asian dish to save it. Or for that matter, any sauce with this lady's face on it. See here.

  6. Conversation topic

    Best conversation topic to impress your colleagues, boss or friends: bring out Guess The Asian. A game everyone will love. PS: usually works better if you are Asian when you bring this up :P
